Wrk Legal is an employment law firm operating under an ABS (Alternative Business Structure) model. We partner closely with Wrk Receipts and Caged Bird HR to expand access to justice, strengthen employee advocacy, and modernize the legal experience. Our Co-Counsel Network brings together plaintiff-side employment attorneys across the country to support clients through high-quality strategy, legal expertise, and coordinated case handling.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-centered Program Manager to oversee and grow our national Co-Counsel Partner Network. This person will own the full lifecycle, from application intake, onboarding, and orientation to ongoing communications, compliance, and performance management.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$$80,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Program Administration & Intake

  • Manage the end-to-end application pipeline for all co-counsel applicants.

  • Conduct preliminary reviews of applications, licensure, practice areas, and capacity.

  • Coordinate acceptance, waitlist, rejection, and “under review” communications.

  • Track capacity and roster needs across all 50 states to determine program availability.

  • Ensure all agreements (co-counsel agreements, fee-sharing, confidentiality, etc.) are signed, stored, and up to date.

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Lead and facilitate weekly Monday orientation sessions for new co-counsel partners.

  • Set up new attorney profiles within Wrk Legal’s systems, GHL, calendars, and internal database.

  • Add approved attorneys to state-specific round robin calendars and ensure routing is correct.

  • Provide training on processes, case flow, communication expectations, and responsibilities.

Relationship & Communications Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the co-counsel network.

  • Maintain regular communication with attorneys regarding case volume, availability updates, and operational changes.

  • Support attorneys with questions regarding scheduling, documentation, procedures, and client interactions.

  • Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure all co-counsel activities align with ABS regulations and state bar guidelines.

  • Track malpractice insurance, licensure renewals, and documentation compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and organized attorney files, profiles, and calendar access.

  • Support internal teams with escalations, performance concerns, or partnership issues.

Program Growth & Optimization

  • Analyze program data to identify gaps in state coverage, onboarding bottlenecks, or process inefficiencies.

  • Recommend improvements to the application process, automations, communications, and program structure.

  • Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and Operations team to support long-term scaling strategy.

  • 3+ years of program management, legal operations, customer success, or administrative experience

  • Prior experience in a law firm, legal-tech environment, or HR-tech environment preferred

  • Preferred: Paralegal experience or paralegal certificate (not required)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, automations, pipelines, and calendars

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail

  • Comfort facilitating group orientations and working directly with attorneys

  • Ability to manage multiple tools, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously

  • High discretion, professionalism, and judgment when working with sensitive legal information
