  • We are expanding state by state. You’ll see available states when booking. If your state isn’t listed yet, you can still use Wrk Receipts and Caged Bird HR while we grow.

  • Consultations with Wrk Legal are free. There is no charge to meet with an attorney and understand your rights.

  • Never. Your consultation is confidential. We will only contact your employer if you sign a representation agreement and approve legal action.

Documentation & Wrk Receipts

  • No. You just need to start documenting. Wrk Legal only accepts documentation uploaded through Wrk Receipts, which keeps your information organized and protected.

  • For your security and clarity. Wrk Receipts timestamps your entries, organizes your story into receipts, and creates a clean timeline your attorney can review. We cannot review documents sent by email, text, or attachments.

  • That’s completely okay. You can start right now. Simply type or use voice-to-text to describe what happened at work.
    If you have Wrk Receipts Premium, AI assistant Jayla will automatically organize your entries into separate receipts and build your timeline — even without attachments.

    If you do not have Wrk Receipts Premium, you can add entries manually.

  • Yes, and often you should. Early support helps protect you from retaliation and builds stronger documentation if things escalate.

  • Yes, in most states we serve. Upload your severance agreement into Wrk Receipts, and an attorney will review it and explain your options.

  • Discovery Calls $125 for a regular appointment and $175 for a priority appointment. If it is determined you need to speak with Caged Bird HR, a 20% discount code will be provided to you.

  • Yes — many clients do. Wrk Legal and Caged Bird HR both integrate directly with Wrk Receipts, so each team can seamlessly see your logs, patterns, and documentation. You can also message both teams directly inside the app, keeping everything organized and secure. You can revoke our access at anytime via settings > Connections in Wrk Receipts.

  • This is very common. With Wrk Receipts + Caged Bird HR + Wrk Legal, you get documentation support, HR strategy, and legal evaluation, so you’re protected at every stage.

Ongoing Support After Your Appointment

  • Not necessarily. Because your entries flow directly to Wrk Legal through Wrk Receipts, we can see when your situation is escalating. If we believe your experience has become legal, we will message you in the app and invite you back.
